- Abstract submission open now
- 31st October 2023: Abstract submission closes
- 1st November – 22nd of January 2023: Review of abstracts
- 22nd – 24th January: Decision letters will be send out - early bird registration for presenters (orals and posters) opens
- 8th Febuary 2024: Early bird registration for all participants opens
- 15th April 2024: Early bird registration for all participants ends
- 16th April – 31st May 2024: Registration based on standard fees
Please note: Once the maximum number of participants is reached, we will have to close the registration process.
